Wednesday was filled with theories regarding the mystery UFO sighting over the city in the Manhattan area. As it turns out, a Westchester elementary school believes that the UFO sightings were actually balloons that had escaped after their teacher’s engagement party. The students said that they were shocked that the balloons ended up causing such a big stir around the city. In defense of all those that thought it was a UFO, it did look fairly suspicious and certainly did not look like a balloon up in the sky.
As it turns out, the UFO sightings were actually some of 40 iridescent pearl balloons that the school had given Andrea Craparo, the language arts teacher. The wind sent a bunch of them hurling into the air at around 1 PM, where they floated up above the city and were quickly discovered by individuals walking the street.
A number of crowds gathered around the city, staring at the balloons overhead. The balloons were all large, and were all placed together in the same area, which made them look like they all could have been a small part of a larger object. The balloons had many convinced that they were a space craft.
Police have come out and said that he objects in the sky were likely balloons. They were only visible at the time because the sky was so clear. It certainly is an interesting end to one of the biggest stories yesterday.

i didn’t even witness it and i know its a ‘UFO’. based on video footage, all the witnesses watching it for an hour, etc. but Alien craft aren’t UFO’s. they are identified and they don’t ‘fly’. but they are indeed objects.(ETV’s?) i think by now it’s now common knowledge that we are surrounded by cosmic neighbors… so, where do we go from here?
sorry..but they are publicity seekers. balloons don’t waver and stay still and light up in the sky. they are also not visible at that height. There were more than 12 in the sky, lit up and iridescent. they moved in different patterns and at incredible speeds and also appeared and disappeared. explain that. at night there were still more visible and they were not stars. these have occurred throughout the country and world recently and they all look the same.

I don’t thank that they were balloons. If they were balloons,were did they fall? Has any one found them? Didn’t thank so! And if there is anyone out there that thanks were alone the’re not fully commited in the brain.
